Master Plan of Invengo Industrial Park, Kunshan
The project is located in Zhouzhuang Lengjiawan No.3 Lot project, located in the south of Chongyuan Avenue, Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City. The total land area is 80944.3 square meters, which is planned for education and scientific research (C6) land, and the land nature is industrial land, which can be used for Internet of Things project construction.The production scale and main construction contents of the project are as follows: 99,980 square meters of room for r&d center, which is used for communication equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing and r&d.
Master plan:
Led by Yuanwang Grain Networking Company, the whole park is a high-tech industrial park gathered by Internet of Things R&D companies at different growth stages.For Internet of Things enterprises in different growth stages, we set up targeted buildings of different volumes to meet the requirements of different scales.
Therefore, we set the functional layout from the five levels of industrial plant TYPE B, industrial plant type C, industrial plant type D, industrial plant type E, comprehensive supporting room.
The whole project adopts group layout, which is divided into five areas: industrial plant B area, industrial plant C area, industrial plant D area industrial plant E area and comprehensive supporting room area
Spatial layout:
Type C of the industrial plant is a small building with a layout along jingxiu Port. Type B of the larger industrial plant is arranged in a group inside the block.In this way, along the bridge road, a c-shaped industrial plant of smaller architectural scale comes into view, which is more suitable for the overall scale of Zhouzhuang town.
Along the park Avenue, it is the main entrance of the whole industrial park. There are d-shaped industrial plants with similar size and unique shape, which are integrated with appointed houses. The two enclosed form the walking square of the park.
Transportation Organization:
The main pedestrian entrance of the industrial park is located in the middle of the plot, combined with the landscape layout.The car shop entrance is located in the park Avenue, a total layout of two, the east entrance is mainly used for freight.In terms of vehicle system, u-shaped vehicle circle line is set up inside the park to meet the requirements of vehicle and fire protection, and pavement parking is arranged along the road.In terms of pedestrian system, the main entrance of the park is equipped with a pedestrian main square, which is arranged along the Jingxiu Port as the most viewing pedestrian system along the river……
