1. What languages are used in your Website

    We provide English and Chinese for your reading and You can choose languages from the language button on the bottom right.

  2. Why isn’t sometimes the languages expression accurate?

    The original language of this Website is English and we use automatic Multiple-Languages Cross Translation technology and can not guaranty 100% accuracy. Please understand.

  3. Why can’t some pages be translated?

    If some links lead you to the external webpages, we can’t translate them any more. If we set to exclude some pages from being translated, you can also only read it in the default.language.

  4. I can’t watch videos or read contents within some social chat apps, why?

    If you’re visiting our web within some social chat apps (e.g. WeChat) and can’t access to some contents (e.g. videos), tap related icon（e.g. “…” at the right top in WeChat) to jump to outside browsers to go on your visiting.

  5. Why I can’t search contents in Chinese?

    Searching engine in this website can only support English language search, because we are using third-party plug-ins to translate English into other languges.

  6. Why is it slow to open the web pages?

    The web server is located in US. So you may open pages slowly in some countries like China. Try to use high speed networks or VPN.
