China Washing and Dyeing Industry Development Report is organized and compiled by Washing and Dyeing Committee of China Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as washing and Dyeing Committee) in accordance with the requirements of Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China for purchasing services.On the one hand, this report conducts calculation and qualitative analysis based on the statistical data of typical enterprises in washing and dyeing industry in 2013 and 2014 from the Statistical Information Platform of Commerce Department.On the other hand, according to the actual situation of the washing and dyeing industry in 2013 and 2014 of the industry information platform of the Washing and dyeing Commission, the results are estimated and qualitative analysis is made according to the basic practice of international conventions.Given the limitations of the statistical methods for typical enterprises, the actual size of the industry development may be larger than the results estimated in this report, considering the mobility of the industry's unincorporated operating units, employees and unstatistical factors.In this report, the official data of the Ministry of Commerce are analyzed before the statistical analysis of the data of the Commission of Washing and Dyeing.The report tries to accurately reflect the development status of China's washing and dyeing industry in 2014, the main practices of the Washing and Dyeing Commission and the main problems existing in the industry, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions based on the judgment of the Washing and dyeing Commission on the development of the washing and dyeing industry, providing reference for the competent government departments and the industry.
